We have just completed a major update to our web site to include galleries of many of our projects. Please check out the pictures of all of our work and check back regularly since we add new items as we complete projects.
At Marks Construction & Renovations LLC, we believe in doing the job right and using the right materials for the job. We have been in business since 2002 and the owner has over 30 years of experience in construction and carpentry, so we have a wealth of knowledge and experience that assures you will be thrilled with the results.
We can take care of your project from design though completion or just help you out with the parts of the project you just need a little extra help with.
You can also rest assured because we are licensed in the State of Michigan as a General Contractor and we are fully insured. We will gladly furnish any documents and certificates upon request. Please be aware that there are significant risks to not using a licensed builder to you the owner. We recommend that you review the State of Michigan's brochure on selecting a contractor that we have provided below and remember, the cheapest price may not be the least expensive.

We are pleased to be able to offer most estimates for free. Unfortunately do to the high cost of fuel, we do occasionally have to charge particularly on large projects where there is significant project planning and design; however, we do apply this cost to the project if we are selected as the contractor.
